Project: Install Natural Stone Tile
I had >75% of a tile floor install completed. There were numerous problems. The company stated they would address these problems, but did not follow through. I had to call another reputable contractor out, who tore up the floor they installed because many of the tiles were loose, uneven, and the floor bowed significantly in the middle. The contractor I hired to fix the problem said that inappropriate tile adhesive was used, and that there were many corners cut which led to the problems. I'm sorry to leave bad feedback, but it is very warranted. I learned to be more selective about hiring a contractor from this experience.

Kevin (owner) came out fast for estimate. I approved it and they had their 2-man team here the next day. Work was finished in a timely manner. I was told I can use shower in 24 hrs. 36 hrs later I use it and notice that the grout severely darkens when wet. I call with my concern and mgr tells me I should have waited 72 hours. 2 other experts tell me they should have applied sealer after 24 hrs. 4 days later I reach Kevin (who was unavailable till then) and he says he will have them come back out to apply sealer. Both days he said he would call me to confirm, he has not. If the site allows me to, I will update when job is completed

They arrived 2.5 hours late, then only worked for 1.5 hours without even starting some of the projects I requested they work on. I was not told they would have to return on another day in advance. Explained several times what i wanted yet there was constant miscommunication to the workers. When patching walls they did a very nice job...when building an enclosure it was not level, it was done incorrectly..one worker wanted to extend the wall on top of my carpeting...another worker locked me out of my room while they were working (they were not doing mold remediation...it was all dry wall work) Horrible experience...

They finished the job quickly and the office was very responsive. The first day's work was not up to our standards, so the office sent out the workers the next day to do a better job. We're satisfied with the work now. Just wish the everything had been done correctly the first day.
