Advanced called right away and booked a date to come power wash my house. Called the morning of and rescheduled - leaving one date on voicemail and another when I spoke to him. When he did show up and do the job he did not replace any of the outside furniture he moved while doing the job, trampled landscaping, missed two sections of the house, left a large spot of dead grass where he put his equipment that didn't show up until days later. When I called to voice my disappointment with the job, he was rude and argumentative. He did take $30 off the final price but I still wouldn't recommend him or use again.

Response by Advanced Powerwashing & Cleaning, LLC: Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me, as is demonstrated by the high satisfaction rating on this site. After we finished cleaning this home we walked the owner around the property and she was very satisfied! I was also told by her not to move the furniture back because the house was being painted. I did originally reschedule the job because it was raining and I cannot run equipment in rain. My equipment was never placed on the grass it is a large trailer unit and has to stay in the driveway. I received his a complaint 2 weeks after the job was complete, I did take money off the bill.

Quick response to website request. Good customer service both on the phone and on-site. Showed pride in getting the job done right and took the time to do so. Only down side, more expensive than previous companies I have used.
