Poor customer follow-up after survey completed. Slow to answer questions and answer phone calls. Poor service for $500.

Jeffrey Wright responded quickly to my request. The cost of the survey was lower than I expected and the work was completed very quickly. I shouoldn't need another survey unless I move but would recommend him to anyone who asks. He was also a very nice person to deal with.
