Overall I was very pleased with the service I received. Time frame and cost were exactly as quoted. The installer was a little sloppy, a couple of screws were not set flush and I'm still trying to get smudges off the window, but I don't want to be too harsh since he was working alone, from the outside and on a second story window.

The only thing that could have improved would have been customer service. I was told it would take about a week for the window to come in, and I would get a call when it did. A week and two days later I had not heard anything so I called. The window was already in and due to the delay in being notified I had to wait until the following week to have it installed. Other than that everything was great.
