Mr. Pressman did a good job explaining the project and completed it in a timely manner. He was very professional. Since I live out of state and had to handle all transactions via phone and email, it went very smoothly. My mother was very satisfied with the work. I would definitely recommend Affordable Waterproofing to anyone.

Extremely expensive with questionable work quality. Attempted tp renege on commitments. Never tested their work. When tested later it was found faulty. Had to hire a plumber to fix an item. Strongly suggest you avoid this contractor.

Response by Affordable Water Proofing, LLC: This customer was given multiple discounts. He called in multiple times with problems that had nothing to do with our system. We have went out to this customers house 2 or 3 times to basically find no failure of our system. We went above and beyond and will continue to if this customer should have any problems. We base our prices on our guarantee and take a great deal of pride in the fact that our service department is second to none.

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation

Price is fair. Project completed neat. Only major problem is that they seem not knowing how deep the sump pump and the pit should be installed, and now my sump pump is activated every 10min even in a very sunny day. Send concern and question to sales person for correction and get no answer.

Response by Affordable Water Proofing, LLC: We install our sump pumps at the same level no matter the situation. We can not help how high the water table is. Just because it's a sunny day does not mean that the water table has dropped. We have had a record breaking year of rain this year. It will take weeks of no rain for the water table to drop. We have a service department, our sales Reps are not service techs and are usually out on the road. If any customer needs service they can call the main service number and ask for service, and we will have someone out to them ASAP.

The 5 guys they sent out were pretty big, and somehow got thru my crawlspace access door. They worked hard and knew what they were doing and left me with very little to clean up. I would recommend them for this type of job. It rained last night and it was so nice to hear water going into the pipe and the sump pump, which was soooo quiet, kicking on and off. No more water down there...thanks, Guys!
