This project was for my mother'a house which we are selling. We met with Kevin Ahearn initially in South Carolina, and then communicated by phone and email. He is professional, a great problem solver and very efficient. His and his team made an otherwise overwhelming job very manageable.

Kevin came out and we discussed what needed to be done and he quoted me a price. When they came out to do the work they suggested I modify my requiement a little for a better solution. I agreed and this increased my bill more than I had hoped but Kevin showed me the reciepts and explained why the cost increased as much as it did. This way I did not feel "ripped" off. I would recommend Kevin and Ahearn Construction to my friends, they do quality work and explain things as they happen.

I used ServiceMagic twice and got real pros and great prices. Kevin at Ahearn was not sure if he could get to me the Saturday morning he called me. An hour later he showed up and did a great job and gave me a military discount that saved me a good amount.

Taylor Coastal Construction, Inc. has done two jobs for us. They are so prompt, professional and courteous. If you need someone to get the job done these are the folks. The repaired our roof and fix the water leak around the fireplace. Have not had a problem since. We will be calling on them again. These days it is so hard to find people that do what they say they are going to do. If YOU have a problem these are the people to call. George
