I received a very good price. The installers worked hard on the installation and even re-hung my ducts with wider straps. The 2-stage Trane heat pump is working well and economically. My experience has been what I hoped it would be.

Everyone was very professional, friendly & polite, explain the process as work was being done. The complete installation was completed in one day - even with a delay due to the furance that was shipped damaged from the factory... The guys worked hard thru out the day... The crew cleaned up everything & removed everything as if they hadn't been at our place.. Air Clinic of Ellis County did a great job...

We had our new HVAC system installed by Air Clinic just about a year ago. It went smoothly, was done on time, and has worked well. It suddenly quit working last week, and Air Clinic promptly got a repairman out. It turned out to have just been a temporary shutdown and no repairs were required.

I had my outdoor unit replaced. It worked one week and went out. It took 4 days for Air Clinic to repair. The last day they offered me a unit for my bedroom to keep cool. Very dipappointed.

Response by Air Clinic of Ellis County, LLC: As we all know anything made by man is subject to failure. The comment left did not inform of the possible lightning strike that caused the failure or of the part not being available over a weekend. We bought a new portable ac unit and delivered the day before part came in. We strive to make everyone a satisfied customer. Our ratings reflect such.
