He came quickly and installed the AC and I think he did a great job. However he never supplied the insurance certificate which i paid a premium for.

Response by Air Conditioner New York: Air Conditioner New York is a licensed and insured company. This customer never requested insurance paperwork. Never contacted us about it when the work was done either...

AC New York was great - they were able to complete my project the same day that I called, they were on time, and they were quick! I would definitely recommend them. My only issue was that I thought they charged a bit too much for my particular project but they did a great job so I did not mind paying.

The professional installed the unit fine, didn't screw the cover back into place (easily done), and didn't clean up (not sure if this is normal or not but I'm used to service technicians doing it). Technician was initially pleasant but when I asked a few questions about the install quickly became irate and later apologized but no need for attitude in an install.
