The technician, Jeff, was very friendly, professional and helpful. I did a price check for the condenser fan that needed replacing and found A/C by Jay's to be very competitive...not necessarily the least expensive, but available that day, completely professional and nice to deal with and I personally felt very comfortable with them and in the end feel that I got a fair deal and was treated like a valued customer.
