Purchased a full indoor and outdoor unit for A/C and electric heating. The A/C is working very well. All this is due to the tech gentleman who came to the house and made suggestions to our problem and also a way to save money. The next step were the two tech gentleman who installed (in a very timely matter) the two units and removed the old units. The main office staff answered all my questions from the start to the finish and very cordial. The whole experience was well worth it.

Air Novations was quick. They provided the most genuine advice, fastest service, and were easy to deal with. Others just wanted our money and it came across in dealing with them. I still shopped around. Air Novations was the best price. I would recommend and would use again.

We hired them to get a specific system (Carrier). The morning of the installation I got call and was told the price would be 200 dollars more and that the system they were picking up was no longer made by Carrier but I could get a comparable one. I said yes thinking my new system would be similar if not better. Well after the install I went out to the side of the house to find a small basic Carrier AC unit. I spoke with the sales representative and he assured me it was just as powerful and efficient for my home. We continue to be disappointed, concerned and upset we were "short changed."

They called back quickly. Gave me a lower quote on the freon that I thought was the problem. Ryan was on time and very helpful. Ryan pin-pointed the bigger problem. I had to schedule a second appointment, because our building required that they remove the unit and take it downstairs to clean it. Ryan and Allen were thorough, courteous, and efficient. They also provided exceptional service, explained all work in detail, and charged the lowest price. I will definitely recommend them to others and use them again!

Very helpful and responsive. Too much time on cell dealing with company issues. Company needs to manage better and not have customer waiting around while company talks to technician. Not on my valuable time please.

Tony was awesome! He was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and really went above and beyond what he had to do. My A/C wasn't blowing air and the filter was soaking wet. He checked everything outside, checked everything outside, diagnosed the problem and discussed with me in detail what he is going to do and how to prevent this in the future. Then he tested every vent to make sure everything was working correctly. The price was WAY lower than everyone else I had contacted and he was able to fit in ALL of the small places. Which is always a worry when I hire someone for my A/C unit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR!!!! Thanks for the fast service!
