Ray was a great guy, went out of his way to get the part we needed. came over on a Saturday to repair our Microwave. we took it down, he tested things out and it didnt need the $ 98 part, just needed a $42 diode. Honest to the core...!!! Gave us a refund of $ 9.05, told him to buy lunch on me instead. Fantastic service ..!!!!!! Need I say more...???
