Albert was very available by phone. I was not able to get immediate service the day of my call although the next morning was available. the plumber was scheduled to be at my place at 9am but due to an emergency the actual arrival didn't happen until past noon. Albert was active by phone to keep me posted. The price was a little higher than quoted for one dripping sink faucet and a dripping shower cartridge that needed replacing. Overall, satisfied.

We are very satisfied with albert. We had a leaky tankless water heater in the attic which they were able to do emergency repairs to right away and come back to do the replacemend a few days later.

Albert is awesome. His guys came in tore out the slab, laid the pipe, and put in our new bathroom all to spec. He knows is business and he charges fair prices.

Had a water heater emergency on the weekend. Called Albert and his son Josh arrived within the hour. He solved the problem efficiently and the charge was more than reasonable. Albert's Plumbing is now going into my permanent Address Book.

Got a phone call immediately from Albert himself. I discussed what my challenges were over the phone, and he gave me a high-level estimate of the work and parts required. Sure enough, the recommendations were exactly what was needed when the project was completed.

Took a total of 8 and a half hours to install three faucets and a sink. Yeah, the old stuff was rusty, but that still seems a little ridiculous. Didn't inform us the hourly rate until the project was halfway finished. The new sink's faucet was installed a little off-center. Installed a faucet from Lowe's that was missing a piece without mentioning the missing piece until it was finished. We initially wanted the old stuff repaired, but he damaged that before telling us it'd have to be replaced. Damaged the floor in our kitchen. The work got done, but I doubt if it was the best work we could've paid for, especially at that price.
Response by Albert Plumbing: The customer had several questions. We believe we answered them all correctly, and made the massacre corrections. At no cost to the customer, we replaces parts that were not part of the job. Because the customer seemed to think that there were minor water spots on the ceiling, I sent a professional painter and didn't charge the customer.
