There were discrepancies between the adjuster and what was really done.

Update! ! Firts major rain we've had and my roof is leaking like a seive! I had a hard time getting anyone to return my call, apparently the man I worked with last year is no longer with the company. They sent 2 men over who could barely speak English and they slapped some silicone up there. I am beyond upset! I

Once the etimate was complete there was no service. The project was not started on the day scheduled, twice. The job was not completed within the timeframe given. The workers showed back up the final day at 0800 and started banging on the roof without a word, I thought the finished the night before as they left wihout a word. I called and asked if they could come back the next day and was told no, due to the weather. I asked if they could come back later, as my husband works nights, and was told no, they only had a couple hours of work left. An hour later they left, and th en reappeared several hours later, for several hours, not a word

Incredibly fast, both to come out for an estimate and to schedule the work. Great service at a fair price.

Friendly and knowledgeable appraiser, but miscommunication with mostly non-English speaking crew caused some concern. In the end, it all worked out to our satisfaction, and I have no doubt that Alden Roofing would have worked until it did.
