Fred and Nick turned an old beat-up screen porch into a fresh and clean screen room. Work was done on time, they cleaned up after themselves every day - minimal disruption!

If you have interior stained wood trim work that needs any attention to detail, then I would not recommend Fred. He did however do some excellent work in areas where the attention to detail was not as important. I paid a premium price for what I thought would be 100% premium work.

Response by Aldridge Enterprises, LLC: This customer had a 30 year old track home that had very poor workmanship from day one you can't do but so much with bowed and out of squar walls it would have been a challenge for even paint grade trim .

These folks are trying to do quality work rather than offer just what they will be the lowest bid. they offer the options and the costs and let the customer choose the price point.

Aldridge Enterprises promply responded to my request for quote with a price that was very acceptable when cmpared to three other bids. Aime was scheduled and the work was performed right on schedule with no surprises. The refuished deck looks better than the original.

Fast work, but not overall pleased. After he completed the job, I asked him to come back and complete some caulking that he had missed. Several small stretches of area that he missed. His reply was that, "Okay, if you can't do that yourself, then I will come out and do it." So, his customer service is lacking and he acted as if it was now a huge inconvenience for him to come back out and finish what he missed. The job also included disabling my garage door. The door and motor were put back together when he completed the job, but now the door doesn't stay down. He said this was not his fault, b/c the door motor was over 20 years old.

We have reached out to this customer several times without resolution since this customer wants us to replace a garage door opener which was beyond our control. Please take into consideration our overall performance with 83 ratings on account.
