Company communicated well, were able to show up the same day I called! Technician was knowledgeable, had all the tools and completed the job, but $175 for a service call and $100 per hour for labor is ridiculous. I have no idea what other well companies charge for labor but that blew my mind. I know IBM Power Systems programmers that charge less.
