Dan and his crew done an excellent job overall. My patio looks great. The only thing I wasn't totally happy with was the "clean-up" each day and after the job completion. Timber was left on my lawn overnight and excessive coloring residue was left on my lawn and around my patio. Otherwise it was an excellent job.

The first attempt at my patio was sloped completely wrong and routed so much water towards my house and basement door that I had to sandbag the entrance. To be fair AADC was very upfront about the mistake and tore up the entire patio to redo it correctly with no fuss at all. The reason for the low rating is that while the 2nd attempt was certainly much better it still isn't correct. Now when it rains I get a large puddle in the middle of the patio, it drains eventually but a large portion of it still drains towards the house and AC units. feel free to email me for more info or pics, would not recommend

Response by All American Decorative Concrete: As hard as we try to be perfectionists there are times we make a mistake. We tore out the initial patio no questions asked and at our expense. Only time in 7 years this has happened. I take full responsibility for my company's work. We work very hard to please all our customers every day. 600 jobs and only a very few customers not completely satisfied. We will continue to work at getting better every day. No excesses. On time, on budget, and gave us a great new patio. Professional all the way. This is the best contractor I have had the pleasure to use. Everyone was friendly and well qualified. Can't say enough good things about them.

All American Decorative Concrete came into a situation where we had a partially finished job, done very poorly by another company. All American quoted us a reasonable price to correct the workmanship and to complete the job. My floors look great and I have received many compliments. The crew was very polite, and did the job on time and have been by several times to check on the floor.

I would highly recommend All American Decorative Concrete. They were extremely professional and courteous. They did a wonderful job on my backyard patio making it look unique and decorative. I also found their prices to be extremely competitive.

Dan and John were exceptional. They provided high quality work at a fair price and they were simply a pleasure to work with. Throughout the process they communicated very well and were flexible and attentive to my schedule and requirements. In addition to high quality concrete work, they differentiate themselves with their artistic capabilities in terms of colors and design. They produced stamped concrete with acid stain and several custom medallions as well as a one-of-a-kind concrete countertop for me. All turned out as pieces of true outdoor art. I highly recommend them.

Don't judge a book by it's cover! As far as appearances are concerned, they were 5 star. They had the trucks, the folios, everything that would make one think they are upstanding and professional. Fast forward to the project. It was a less than stellar job. After voicing my displeasure with the job, I, the customer was called "nitpicky". Needless to say, the work was shoddy, and the professionalism of All American Decorative Concrete was even worse. I have had several neighbors inquire about All American Decorative Concrete, and have told each and every one of them our story.

Response by All American Decorative Concrete: She was degrading and condescending to myself, my employees and my partner. We did a fine job on her patio and in the end she got just what she wanted, not paying us in full. When a customer tells you they have had issues with their two previous contractors we should have walked away as our gut told us to do. They beat us out of $600.00 and got what they wanted. Minor imperfections are very hard to eliminate but in over 5 years of business, she is they only one not to pay me in full. Chalk it up to expeiance. Please read all my reviews as they are perfect.
