Greg was very professional and delivered a great product in the end. I selected the prarie-style railing and the price was lower than other bids. I am very happy with the job that was done and it was ready earlier than expected.

Greg was very quick to respond to my need to have some front porch iron railings replaced. He was able to furnish a written estimate within two days and it should be noted it was raining all day on the first day we spoke. I have received excellent feedback on the quality of the replacement iron railings from several family members. He was honest with the date he thought he could complete the work but actually finished the work ahead of schedule which was greatly appreciated. I would have no problem recommending his services to family and friends. A very positive experience.

The customer service was very good. Quick responses to inquiries. They really knew their business and were able to give us a lot of information about the task. The railings are beautiful. They even touched up our cement stairs a bit, which have started to deteriorate over the years (a little crumbling on one edge). I did no comparison shopping, but I believe that the price I paid was fair. We'll have to see how long the railings continue to look as good as they do now. We paid additional for powder coating which is supposed to mean we don't have to paint the railings. Only time will tell.

Honest quote as stated in the work order. unlike other quotes that generalized the work being performed. All American showed the materials, came out and took measures a few times to makre sure it would be done right the first time. Followup visit to inspect the installation was also a surprise. They care about their work and customers and doing it right the first time on budget!
