Randy was knowledgable, but in my opinion was mostly interested in selling me a new pad. If it wasn't for his assistant, "Don", I would have requested another person thru Crown Pools.

I was impressed when I met Randy. Ask the gentleman for his resume and ask for his experiences. He appears knowledgeable, friendly and professional. After two poor pool cleaning experiences, maybe Randy will restore my faith in the service he provides. We shall see.

Overall it has been a good experience. The first time we received service I believe a better job could have been done in cleaning the pool. In fairness, the young man showed up at exactly the same time as our lawn service who continually reintroduced leaves back into the pool. I would have been more satisfied had he returned after the lawn service had left and then finished the job. I am also skeptical as to the amount and charge of the chemicals it was stated would be needed to bring the pool water to where it needed to be. Samples of our water with a different company said we wouldn't need as many.
