Project: Install a Tankless Water Heater System
We had a new power vented hot water heater and new water softener put in. Also a new faucet on the stationery tub. Not only was the work scheduled quickly and done neatly and professionally, but Gary made a couple of great suggestions. First, he replumbed the washer and the water softener to not drain into the tub, so we can skip the mesh lint traps and won't wake up at 2am to the water splashing into the tub. We also don't have to worry about something falling into the sink and blocking the drain and flooding the basement when the water softener recharges. He also helped get hot water to the kitchen sink more quickly with a simple fix.

The repair man did a wonderful job, and also informed me of another problem. I wouldn't have noticed it on my own as I could not even see it. He took pictures and showed me what was wrong.

Fantastic! Service rep was honest and straightforward and didn't try to sell us a new water heater, like we were afraid of when we called. Just diagnosed the problem, explained it, and then fixed it quickly and effectively.
