All Flortec, Inc. specializes in wood floor installation, wood floor refinishing and repair for commercial and residential clients. Our services encompass more than just wood flooring . We also offer molding and tile installations from ceramic to porcelain. We realize the constraints of time of the average consumer and have initiated various services to compliment each other and to make our customers lives easier by being able to select one outfit to handle their needs. We also realize, that it is not only how the job turns out, but how the work was performed, timely, courteous and any special concerns during or after the work are handled. But most importantly, we are a few guys who don't claim to be the best, the fastest,cheapest or unsurpassed.. No catchy slogans or hooks. Who are we? Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
James was very professional and courteous from the first phone call requesting a bid to the end. Both James and his crew were respectful and completed the job on time. They took the time to fully understand what we were looking for and to set our expectations on what to expect. There were no surprises. Half way through the project I wanted to make a change and without hesitation James took the time to understand what I was looking for and made it happen. A few days after the project was complete we had an unfortunate event that scratched the floor. James came back the next day with options on how we could fix it. Excellent customer service!!

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
He refinished our 50-year-old hardwood floors that had been damaged by a flood and then installed a new hardwood floor in the kitchen that matches the old wood in the other rooms. He did a great job.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
Would not recommend. Owner was arrogant,when the Customer is always right! His work was sloppy,he doesnt even install your flooring, he has another flooring company do it. He just over sees the job & wants to collect the money!

Wonderful job, with stunning results. James and his crew were highly communicative and punctual, clean and neat, and made this very inconvenient job as easy as possible. And the finished floors are stunning. They were not the cheapest of our 3 bids, but everything was included up front. Compared against our other bids, we found that they were the best value for the job when the other providers were finished adding in all their "extras" to the contract. Those "extras" were things that we would have affected the final product, so we were happy to have All Flortec approach the job as experienced professionals and include them up front.

Their quality of work and professionalism was excellent, however their fees were a bit higher than I thought they should be. I would recommend them to friends and family.
