Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
All In One showed up on time, they were courteous, and they completed the water heater installation quickly. Clean up of rusty water left on my floors, garage, and on my driveway could have been better and we would have appreciated getting more information up front regarding the various water heater options available to us so that I could have done a cost-benefit analysis of going with a more expensive unit that was more efficient rather than the one that I purchased. Overall, I enjoyed working with All In One Plumbing and I would recommend them to others.

Project: Repair a Tankless Water Heater System
I bought a Riva Plus tankless water heater from All in One in Nov. 2010. When I called them in Nov. 2012 because it wasn't working, it became evident that Peter Palumbo (owner) had no idea how to fix it. He came & fiddled with it one day and came back another day to work on the piping for 6+ hours and left, promising to return with a part. He never returned. For 6 weeks, my calls went unanswered except once, when Peter called, surprised that no one had returned my calls, and promised to come back. Then...nothing. After calling the heater's distributor, I found a good technician who is trying to fix everything that was done wrong in the original installation. There's alot that's wrong: wrong wiring, wrong piping, omission of 3 very important pieces (flow restrictor, mixing valve and de-scaler for my hard water), and the most important omission is that he never obtained a permit from my town! I was unaware of the need for a permit, but I now know that I could have been saved alot of aggravation had he gotten it. I also could have had steady heat for the past 2 months! I would like Rhode Islanders to know that Peter Palumbo and All in One should not have a license, let alone be in business installing pricey & complicated pieces of equipment. (Maybe they should stick to unclogging drains?) At least, I would like my $710 back that I gave Peter in the hopes that he could fix it, plus whatever I have to pay the new technician to get the unit working. That is still in progress. And, there is no one to honor any warranty I may have because All in One won't come back.

Immediate contact, arrived as scheduled and completed tasks quickly, and efficiently. Found them a bit pricey, especially being charged $195 to replace a toilet flapper.
