Rude and very very overpriced. don't want to fix the problem, just want to charge for very overpriced, not needed services. Do not use.

unreliable and over-priced for work done and still not finished only 1 receipt given out of 3 payments given to Mike all work stopped as Mike took 1 wk vacation while job being done

Came quickly to do the estimate, which was in line with most of the other estimates we had gotten,was happy to discuss all aspects of the project and answered all questions, and got the job done very promptly and competently. Only drawback was leaving the lawn looking like an extremely large grave had just been dug, with the earth all piled up over the digging site. Also never sent receipt that was requested. But I'd definitely use them again.

Plumber came 2 1/2 hours late to show us a camera view of our main sewer line...haggled the price (which was double what we were quoted on the phone) obstructed our view when there was a section of pipe he didn't want us to see and pushed a bit for us to sign on for a $2500 repair for the next morning. We're going to continue maintaining our delicate pipe and elected not to drop a couple of grand on the epoxy job he recommended.

Totally professional. They said they would be here at a particular time and they *always* were. Never left me in the dark about my options or alternatives. Made a difficult process that much easier. I give them an A+ and other plumbers should look to this company for pointers on customer service, quality work, reliability and just treating people decently.
