They are fast and friendly. They tell you what they will charge and when they will arrive. Completely upfront and there were no surprises. I would have given them a 5 in every category except I found their prices a bit high.

they were great, Theron was great about returning calls, his crew was easy to communicate with and they showed up and completed the job on time. I would highly recommend them. We have just started using our fireplace and it has been working great!

I would highly recommend Allen Chimneys. They were on time for the estimate and the two days on site to work. Owner, Theron would call before arriving to confirm the date and time. There was no pressure and no extra selling on "other" jobs and they were very flexible with scheduling. The estimate was thorough and there were no hidden costs and the pricing was extremely reasonable. The job was completed cleanly, timely and to my full satisfaction. The crew truly did a wonderful job! I am proud to refer Allen Chimneys LLC to anyone searching for chimney work!

He was very nice and he looked at the chimney gave me an excellent review of what I needed done. He was very professional curtious and helpful and he was VERY HONEST which I absolutly loved. I couldn't say enough good things about him. That's how great he was. We will definetly hire him for our project when we're ready to have it done
