The quality of the work was good. The cleanup was exceptable. They did not do anything to keep the debri out my pond as i was told by the representitive they would cover.

I rarely put a review online, but I thought our experience with Allied remodeling is worth mentioning. We were in the market for a roof replacement. We have done an extensive research to find the best company. Allied remodeling did an estimate, matched competitors price, sent a representative when insurance company came to assess, helped in the argument with insurance company. Dean was so patient with all our minor and major details and accommodated us in all our requests. Work quality was excellent.We have had many home improvement projects in the past few years, this by far was the best company. I would give 7 stars if I could.

We had an excellent experience with Allied. Every aspect of the process was handled in a professional and honest manner. We received multiple estimates and met with 4 or 5 different roofing company reps before we made our decision. We were the most comfortable and confident with Allied. The price, their experience, and the way they conduct their business is why we selected them. Now that the work has been completed (roof and gutters) we are very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do the same type of remodeling project.

The crews arrived early and finished the roof in one day.The roof had an extremely steep pitch so I was amazed they could work so quickly. The cleanup was perfect! Nothing left behing -- not even in my neighbors' yards.

Allied exceeded our expectations on our roof replaement and soffit venting project. They showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a great job. The workers are professional and really know their stuff. For the soffit vent, they cut new holes for us and installed a vented soffit. They obviously have a lot of experience, as this involved some wrapping and custom cutting and bending of the wrapping material- I watched them work and it was impressive. They have an exceptional attention to detail. I am happy we chose them!

Project: Install or Completely Replace Vinyl Siding
First of all the workers did an excellent job. Communication with the company was terrible. Material was dropped off on 12/20/11 and work was not completed until 2/11/12. I realize there were days they couldn't work because of the weather, but we never knew when they were going to show up. Was told by the salesperson, that they used all there own workers. The workers that did my job said they were sub contractors. That is from what I could understand. None of them spoke hardly any english. I did get the sub contractors card. I would call him to do work before I ever called Allied again.
Response by Allied Remodeling Corporation: Only a portion of the material was delivered on 12/20. The 20' length special order siding material was not delivered until until January 6th which is when we had planned to start the project. This was a large detail oriented project that took some time to complete due to the many days of rain, wind, and snow that we had during the process. We do not use sub contractors, our crew chiefs do give cards out with their cell phone numbers on them so our customer can contact them directly at any time. We responded to every call and email during the installation process and as the customer noted we did an excellent job - Dean D'Eugenio Owner

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
A professional experience, but they missed on some details. The salesrep wasn't fully aware of Allied roofing process (they do not remove and replace gutters). Other details were not passed on as requested. The job was done professionally, but I expected a better finished product.
Response by Allied Remodeling Corporation: We never claimed to remove and replace the gutters, only clean and re-fasten them. This house along with all of the others in this particular neighborhood have settled and subsequently, the roof joists are no longer completely level which leaves small dips in the roof. This is a relatively common occurrence, it isn't of structural concern, and is never addressed as part of a roof replacement. The only way to level the entire roof would be to re build the entire structure. We did return at the customer's request to remove several sections of the new shingles and did our best to raise the joists at no charge. Dean D'Eugenio - Owner
