Project: Deliver and Pickup a Waste Dumpster - For Business

I called and set up a drop off time, paid with credit card over the phone and gave name and contact at person on site. They never brought the dumpster and when he called, they said he would have to put in another order. We did not reorder we just did without.

Response by Allstate Waste, Inc.: I apologize for the confusion & can only say that we try our best to be on time & contact the on site person. What happens often is that when we try contacting the person on site we are unsuccessful & have to postpone until we can verify certain information. Although I am not sure exactly what happened in your situation I would definitely like to find out. Please give us a call so that we can clarify it & gain a better understanding on how to better serve you. Please ask for me, Connie Cruz, I am the office manager.

The only complaint I had was with Donna - she was slightly rude, told me one thing about the dumpster rental one day and the next day something different, i.e, she told me that if I finished with the dumpster early, I could call on Tuesday, which was the day after Memorial Day, and it would be picked up. Otherwise, the dumpster would be picked up on thursday which was seven days rental. Gloria on the other hand was very professional, thorough, and explained the rental policy - they would start counting the day after delivery of the dumpster Wed. Donna argured the point that she didn't say that, you would have to call when it was ready.

Allstate was able to drop off the dumpster on short notice. We didn't need it for the full week, so we called and they picked it up the next morning. Everyone we had contact with was very helpful and friendly. They were also the lowest price with no hidden fees. I would highly recommend.
