Didn't show up on the day he said he was going to. Then came the next day, with no one home, and went into our locked latched fence (we assume he climbed over?) and called me to say he was there and already had done some work - NOT the work he was called for! Would never have him back. Did not fix the issue we called him for.

Excellent service and value. Received a prompt call back after requesting quote. Service call performed timely and my gas pool heater was up and running. Problem was fixed at a fair price and very professional and polite. Even provided some good advice on future maint. You can't go wrong using this company. Thanks agian for a great job. 5 star service at a fair price.

They showed up on time and found the problem quickly which was mostly me operating things wrong. Also found a valve leaking came back and fixed that in a timely fashion. Overall great experience and I'm very happy.
