He was extremely knowledgeable about our specific brand of refrigerator. He replaced several waterlines in the appliance, and replaced the main waterline connecting to the refrigerator, which was leaking as well. He was quick to respond to my inquiry about his services, and came out the next day to work on our leak. Since he had to order a few parts, the final repair took about a week to complete, but he was extremely efficient, and very responsive. The price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend Alpine Appliance Repair.

Was able to get diagnostics of problem and was very helpful there but unfortunately he failed to follow through with ordering part and repairing the problem. Called and left multiple messages. Never answered phone. Never called back. Disappointing. After waiting several weeks, had to go elsewhere to fix it.

Alpine was the only place I called that could come out the next day. Others were about 2 weeks out. They showed up on time and since they needed to do a repair, waived the call fee.

Review by Gary D. in Kirkland, WA
After testing, John found the front control panel of my gas dryer shot. He broke the door switch(He said he would replace). Said he would get back with cost of repair next day. Wouldn't answer my calls for about 5 days. He found a panel for $379(approx.) plus labor. I said Sears has a board for $264. He said it wasn't the right part without even asking for the part number. I called Sears repair and they came out and replaced the door switch and started the dryer working again. The panel was OK. Because John said the panel was broke, I figured that Sears Warranty (Covers all Home Appliances for 1 year) $545 plus $60 service charge vs Johns $90 +$379 was a better deal. If John had tested correctly it would have cost me a max of $180 plus the switch vs $695. The Sears repairman was more knowledgeable and said door switch was probably the culprit.

I have a bosch dryer. I called John and he came out that morning, my dryer had stopped heating up. All it was, was the reset button. He had to take off the back panel. I was charged 159.00 wow though i appreciate his promptness, he way overcharged. I would hate to see what he would charge if any parts needed to be replaced. Save yourself some money, take off the back panel and push the red reset button. Wish I had
