I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of service. He was on time and polite. But most of all he solved the problem. And I did not have to buy and install a new washer. He even discovered I had a birds' nest in the dryer vent! All in all the tech was just great!

The technician went out of his way to get our dryer fixed asap. They got parts overnight and came back in the evening after a long day to get our dryer fixed. Very good work; very pleased.

They were prompt and on time. They did the diagnostics and got the machine running correctly. This was definitely worth the cost to keep a good older machine running.

Justin arrived on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what we thought would be a quick fix. I had leakage coming down to my floor from the refrigerator-freezer. Justin worked on the unit twice in one day. He stayed in communication with me, and made sure the possibility of fixing was in reach. Just so happens I bought a bad unit from a big-box store. He took pictures of the problem, ordered the par, and was able to repair the following day. For this extraordinary service and professionalism - I can't be more thankful and quick to refer his company and service. Thankful beyond belief!

I had Sears out who gave their diagnosis. I didn't accept their bid until I thought about it overnight. I was going to have the work done the next day, but they wanted to charge another diagnostic fee equal to 50% of the original fee. I denied that and found Alpine Appliance. Good thing I did because Sears gave me the wrong diagnosis. John saved us about $300 with the correct diagnosis. It works great now! Thanks John!!!
