Very honest and hard working. He does not price gouge! All other contractors were trying to take advantage of sandy storm victims. He priced the job as it should be. I have a const. Background, price quoted was the same at the end unlike other contractors that try to make more money for silly add-ons. Alta had to reschedule but communication was good (that's just part of construction!). Overall the quality of his workmanship was good. As they say if you see something say something, and I did and he corrected the minor defect with no problem. You can tell he is an experienced mason. Great job. Thanks. Will call for more work in the future
