Showed up two and a half hours late and didn't have the required materials. The installer was not even aware of what the job was when he finally showed up.

Response by Alternative Heating and Cooling, LLC: We apoligized about being late had a hard time finding customers home. We did stay on track even being late got the job done. As far as parts we dont stock roof vents on our trk so we wanted to make sure that we got the correct materials. The job was done correctly with no problems and also very affordable.

I have nothing but good things fo say about Darrell and Ryan. Called them when I had questions and they Darrell would call back almost immediately and took the time to answer any questions I had. They were there right on time when they sad they would be and did just they said they would and more at no extra cost. Very happy with the unit we bought and will call him when we need AC unit put in. Very good experience with everything done right and would recommend them to anybody needing heating or cooling work done right.

I had several quotes accomplished to install a new HVAC system in my home. I finally decided to have a Gas Furnace and Heat pump installed and I felt Darrell from Alternative was interested in what I wanted and needed and worked with me to put the package together. He spent over an hour with me looking at the current set-up and what would need to be done and what was best for my needs. He provided what was promised and completed the installation of both units in one day. I could not have asked for any better service! I highly recommend Alternative H & C and will use them for all my annual HVAC service visits.

Daryll, of Alternative Heating & Cooling was EXCELLENT!! We spoke with him on A Wed. and he came out the following afternoon. We were in no big hurry. He found our AC problem & gave us a very reasonable quote on a Lennox AC & Furnace. He scheduled the installment for the next Mon. Thurs. eve. the AC gave out finally. I called & offered to come out immediately, but I told him morning was fine. Fri. morning he came out, determined what was needed untill the new unit came in & then made another trip to get the part. All this at NO CHARGE!! He & his helper installed the units in only 8 hours. They did a beautiful job! I highly recomend!!
