Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation

Except for the rescheduled, everything else was done as expected. James was there to oversee the whole process and made sure that the site was clean when they left. I am quite satisfied with the service and with his written promise to come back for another small job for the pump system with no extra charge!!!. Quality is 4.5 stars because since the job is done, the pump system has not been tested yet. Overall, I would highly recommend Always Waterproofing to friends and families.

All the work was done as promised. There was a 2 day delay in the middle of the project which was not caused by weather. A minor inconvenience.

This was a job that involved a flooded basement and was further complicated by the fact that the basement hasd a great deal of boxes, etc. that had to be moved. Always Waterproofing did an excellent job of waterproofing my basement. The job was completed promptly and efficiently by a great group of guys. James, the owner, and his forman, Gene were very cooperative and completed all that we asked them to do. I would highly recommend Always Waterproofing.

The crew was excellent, prompt and courteous. I was satisfied enough to have them do another job for me. Having a third job waterproofing basement walls, had brick chimney and porch repair did very good.
