Knowledgeable and professional. It was a bit expensive, but I was glad the came the same day and caught and removed the bat in less than 30 minutes.

This was my first time hiring a company for this type of service -- and I don't think I could have chosen a better one. They called right away after my request was submitted through HomeAdvisor. Someone was able to visit my house soon after to provide an estimate, which was competitive. Work was completed as promised, and a door tag with what was done (in writing) was provided when something new was done. Top notch service! Very pleased.

Never met in person even though I intentionally took the time off, they came and left without even knocking on the door? I phoned them and they did return the call. Trap baited 2 days then trap closed for the weekend (3 days). I stopped before the week finished for fear they would charge me for another week at a ridiculously high price. Still have problem. They don't properly communicate their intentions. Very disappointed with them.

They are experts and clearly identified the problems and the solutions. They answered every question and gave me an education on bats. They were prompt and cleaned up. I would recommend them for anyone needing help with bat removal.

The work has not been completed at the time of this post but thus far they have been great. Professional, on time, neat...I couldn't be happier so far!

They answered my phone call promptly, met with me within a couple of days, and performed the service as promised. I have been rodent free since they performed the service.
