Great work and customer service by Sara and her team.. I called in dire need of a new closet system because my old wire system completely fell apart. I submitted a request for an estimate and Sara contacted me and came to my house that same day. I was so pleased with her customer service and expeditious response to my request, I did not want to hear any other offers from any other company. I hired Sara and her team that day. She was actually willing to come the next day to perform the job, but I had previous obligations. However, they came a few days later and did an outstanding job!!! I will definitely contact Sara again and again and again.

they responded to my email immediately (Friday), came for a free estimate the next day (Saturday), and did the work early the following week. They are a small firm, very customer-service oriented, and did a FIRST CLASS job in my closet installation.

I had a very good experience with Sara of American Closets. From the beginning, she was professional and paid attention to my request. She arrived to our initial appointment on-time and provided exactly what we wanted for the agreed upon price. No fuss, no muss. And very reasonable prices compared to some of the other closet companies out there. Definitely recommend checking with Sara before you make a decision on your closets.
