Mr. Patterson did a great job on the renovation of my bathroom and his customer service was great. There was slight issue with the tile select and he fixed it right away. He even fixed a few other things in my house at no additional charge. We stayed within budget and resulted in an immaculate bathroom.

They are very professional. Don Patterson call me immediately and kept appointment on time. His staff worked in an extremely proficient manner. Don made an excellent suggestion for my kitchen project which worked out well. He is very patient, kind and freinfly. He and his team are a pleasure to work with. He has good follow through. I highly recommend his company.

Customer service is excellent. Took on another contractor's mess and cleaned it up. Quickly resolves any concerns. Excellent craftsmanship. Can't put a price on getting something done right the first time. Would definitely use again!

I was very pleased with the work that the crew did overall. They did a lovely job with my tile. Even though this was the most expensive estimate I received, I decided to go ahead with them because the sales person represented a professional and knowledgeable company. However, the company lacks communication as the workers were not provided my appropriate address, did not have the details of the actual job, nor the information to pick up my tile. The sales person misrepresented the cost of the fan unit and they did they touch up paint around the unit like was in the contract. Overall, I'd hire the workers but not go with this company.

American Priority Home Improvements did an outstanding job on remodeling my bathroom. Mr. Patterson was very professional in dealing with me. It was evident that he and his company have a wealth of experience in renovation projects. I appreciate the helpful suggestions they made and double checking with me about some details to ensure things were done right. I was amazed how neat and clean they left my house each day they worked. I appreciate the fact that they worked daily to get the project completed in the shortest possible time without compromising the quality of their craftmanship. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the work this company did and very glad to show their work to friends. I highly recommend American Priority and plan to use them for my future home improvement projects. Without a doubt, I am confident that anyone who uses American Priority will be very pleased with their overall experience.

I selected American Priority for a remodling of my home kitchen. The project was completed within a reasonable timeframe and the work was better than I could do myself. I am sure they would rate the work as to industry standards. There was a willingness to work with your requests. I would high recommend them to be considered in an assessment of contractors.
