Project: Paint or Stain Single Items

I just had ARC finish off a room in my basement as an office , do some painting, and some repair on a few window sills. I would highly recommend ARC to any of my friends. I felt the price was reasonable--everything was broken down and I knew exactly what I was paying for. Paul did all of the work,was here when he said he would be here, was neat, and did a great job. All of the guys were easy to work with and checked into see how things were progressing. If I had questions either Jason or Colby were easy to get in touch with. It was nothing but a positive experience and if I have any future projects I will be calling them. All of the ratings would be a 5.

If I could rate this shady company a zero, I would. They do shoddy work, are overpriced, and communicate poorly. They forgot things they were supposed to do and expected full payment for things they didn't complete correctly or fully. They also have refused to give an updated, fully detailed bill. I wouldn't trust them to do any work on my house ever again.

Took many attempts to schedule when the would would happen - we would be told a day, and that day would come and go (this happened 3 times) - when finally they showed up a day earlier than scheduled. We didn't complain - they were FINALLY there! Be sure to have someone in the industry read your contract! We were promised something would be done, but it never was. it also was never in the contract we found out late - despite the promises it would be completed. It's a $6 part, and they refused to do it. Also, when we mailed payment the letter came back. None of their documentation had the correct 'new' address for them.

Although a little slow on the uptake due to dickering with the insurance company, once the job got started it was completed quickly and efficiently. When an issue occurred several days later, they were quick to come out and resolve it.
