Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms

Right when we first met Jon, we felt that he was the most professional contractor who bid on our project. Then, the bids came in and Jon's bid was the best. We were thrilled. Throughout the project, he was easy to contact, and everyone that worked for him was professional and courteous. The project did take a bit longer than originally estimated, which was the only downside. But, we don't regret it. If you hire American West, you can rest assured knowing that you will get a quality job for a very fair price, and that the owner is committed to your satisfaction.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen

Jon and his crew were very easy to work with. From the very beginning, Jon listened to our needs for the project and was responsive as problems came up. We had a small leak in our kitchen sink after installation and Jon had someone out within a few hours to fix the problem. He was also willing to work with us on a timeline that would accomodate our desire to do some of the work ourselves. We were very happy with the work done on this project and would use him for future remodeling projects.

I had a critical project to repair water damage to a house I was attempting to list for sale. American West was responsive to my tight timeline and rearranged their schedule to accommodate mine. They had somebody at my house at 9:30 the morning after I submitted the request, he was done by early afternoon. Service on the phone was excellent and the service at my home was no different. They obviously knew what they were doing and were quick, polite and professional.

It took a little time to get the project going, but once construction started it moved along very nicely! The builder has done a really good job coordinating timing of sub-contractors. The crews have been extremely professional and diligent. All involved have seemed committed to doing a quality job. The project moved very quickly. When issues arose, Jon was very quick to work to resolution.

The bathroom turned out great. We encountered some issues along the way (not American West's fault) and John was always there right away and helped fix the problems. John was great at communicating with us. It took longer than we expected, but it was well worth it. John stands by his work and his employees were great and always took the time to call if they were going to be late and usually showed up when they said they were going to. It was our first time using a contractor and with all the scary stories you hear, we were able to trust these guys and they got the job done. They were accommodating to our needs (napping baby) Great Job!!
