Everything about him was great, he showed up earlier then expected but he called and asked first. All the work was great and finished in a timely fashion. Also took the time to explain to me what he was doing and how it works. The ONLY reason I didn't give him a 5 start rating is that he didn't clarify that the $49 fee he charges up front DOES NOT apply to services he performs whereas some of the others will. He should clarify that with new customers up-front but he calls it a trip and diagnostic charge. So make sure to clarify things with him before allowing him to do the work.

Arrived on time, performed the inspection, and asked my permission before doing more work - so I would agree to the charges. He was respectful and hard working. I will hire him to do our annual maintanence for our heating and air units.

They were quick to respond and got us working again quickly. The repairman was friendly, detailed-oriented (even wore shoe covers to prevent carpet damage) and clearly explained the problem and solution at a level that we could easily understand. HIGHLY recommended.
