Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
Dewey worked for almost 4 hours straight and professionally. Laid down drop cloths, and vacuumed up the very minor stuff that came from the removal of the old coil. By talking to him, you sense this is a very honest man. Had Airgroup LLC. Come in and they tried to persuade me the ducting coming from the unit to the house was to smal for the for the unit to be efficient; mind you,they were the company that installed it in 08/2010,for the previous owners. Found out they had three service calls for the Fremont leak from 08/2010 to12/2010,and two to three times each year after up until 2016! I called Rheem,and they told me the unit had a 5 yr. warranty; had the installers called Rheem,they would have replaced the unit,no questions asked,but they just keep shooting it with more freon every year. Maybe,unsuspecting to the owners,to let the warranty run out. Their label and date were right on the unit, yet At First,they denied installing the unit. Their quoted price to replace, approx. 6 to 7 thousand dollars. Dewey found the leak in 2 minutes, and said there's Nothing wrong with the rest of the system,and a Far more reasonable price. He's the man! Thanks,Dewey?

I was charged $100 for a loose wire in the timer. It worked for a couple of days and isn't working now. I will call,them to return to fix the issue upon my return from vacation this week
