They only did the tarping on my damaged roof. They came quickly on time and got the job done. The price was also reasonable compared to others.

This company is without a doubt the best, most reliably working and cost effective roofing repair company I have ever dealt with in the 40 years I've owned asphalt shingled homes in the Chicago area. They responded to my inquiry the same day they received it and, remarkably, completed the work that very day. Andres and his family run the business and you won't find a harder working and more capable roof repair company on the planet. Having said that, I have one comment for readers of this review to consider. In my case, water showed up on the floor of the lower level of my house (a 1950's tri-level) after a night of heavy rain around the area where the fireplace is located. I had been up on my roof previously and noted that the flashing around the chimney looked like it needed repair though prior to this event, I had never had any water in my house. Naturally, I assumed the deteriorated flashing was the cause of the water in the house and I mentioned this to Andres when he showed up the same day I sent my inquiry through Home Advisor. Although while inspecting inside the house he mentioned that I might have a foundation problem, when Andres went on the roof and saw the chimney and the nearby shingles and flashing, he immediately told me that this was the cause of the leak. He's the expert, right? I agreed to the work which was quoted at a very reasonable price and completed beautifully before dark that same day. Here's the problem. The day after the repair, water again appeared on the floor of my house and after further thought and inspection, I found a leak in my 75 gallon water heater that I had missed earlier. The flashing around the chimney, though it was advisable to repair, was NOT the source of the leak. So here's what I learned after having to pay for two projects rather than one: repair of the flashing and shingles around the chimney and a new water heater: Andres should have scoped out the problem better before he told me the cause. I'm no home repair expert so I need to be able to rely on an expert. The water heater was right in the area of the leak and if he had checked it out while he was in the house before he went on the roof he could have provided the advice I was looking for. He charged nothing for the visit and the quote but I would have been happy to reimburse him for his time if he had successfully diagnosed my problem. Maybe all roofers have a bias to seeing water problems as caused by roofs as plumbers may first assume those problems are due to piping, but it seems to me that anyone who holds himself out as an "expert" should be able to perform the logical assessment that we "non-expert homeowners" have little to no experience in handling. Again, I believe Andres Roofing is an EXCELLENT roofing contractor (as long as you know what work needs to be done) but they are lacking in assessment and diagnostic skills and this cost me dearly.
