On the phone conversation to set up an appointment, I also had several questions about the chemicals used to treat the ant problem. No problem! All questions were answered immediately and knowledgeably. Serviceman was prompt and personable, and I appreciated his call to let me know he would be at the house in 15 minutes. I am not expecting to use the 90-day warrantly.

It turned out that I had carpenter ants in my house. Jeremiah came right out and did a nice job to calm me down before taking care of the bugs. It's been two weeks and I haven't seen any sign of ants. Jeremiah was professional, personable, had pretty reasonable rates and a one year guarantee. I'm satisfied!
