Mr. Coughlan completed the projects request, ie: securing and painting moldings, staining the door and fixing interior door trim. He was expected to return and paint the exterior door trim, which he has not done. He also has also failed to respond to emails I've sent or telephone messages. I am extremely disappointed.
Anthony Coughlan did a very good job in all stages of installing an exterior door. He took time during the estimate to LOOK closely at the area around the door and his estimate was detailed. He arrived on time, set up plastic to limit the amount of dust and debris in the cellar and cleaned up well when he left. When the original door was removed some problems were discovered and Anthony explained what needed to be done and then did it, returning another day to finish. He was pleasant and courteous. I have recommended him to friends.
Anthony was very through with his work and didn't cut any corners. He was sure to use quality products and made sure to complete every project. He was very honest and saved me a alot of money. He repaired a window flashing which was causing a huge water problem which many waterproofing guys were trying to charge thousands of dollars for. He also discovered a botched window installation.
