A.T. thoroughly measured and inspected my home for a pre-list appraisal. Going into a for sale by owner with an appraisal was the best choice for me. I had not even listed fr sale on MLS yet and got a full askibg price offer not even a month later. Thanks A.T. !

After all was done, was hard to get the appraisal from the pro! said it would be ready by a date! four days later finally got a hold of him as he wouldnt return calls, but it finally showed up seven days later.
