when inquired they called me with 30 minutes and came out same day -- repaired faucet in bath tub -- nice job!! but very expensive

The service tech and I agreed to install a shutoff valve where the water comes into the house at a cost of $150.00. After he arrived he shut off an existing valve that shut the water off to the whole house. I didn't know what the valve was for but he was honest and it saved me that cost.

I'm glad that plumber brought sign language interpreter. Still problem, I have to little shake pvc pipe then a new sump pump wake up and works. I have to call them again.

I received a quote before any work was done, and there was no difference in the final bill. They showed up on time and were done very quickly. Friendly technician that got in and out with no issues at all. Great overall experience.
