Did a great job for a decent price, unfortunately the hot tub did not work right away. He had to trouble-shoot, check over everything, and make sure it wasn't on his end. It wasn't. Fortunately, he is a COSTCO warranty rep, and was able to clear hurdles quickly that I probably would not have. He had a new power pack(?) sent, and once that was received, he replaced the "defective one" and all is good. Very happy with our new hot tub, and John did an overall great job with the help of Tom!

Our water feature was in a sad state, and John was able to work on it right away. He did a fine job of cleaning, treating the water and restarting the system. We opted to have part of the system turned off because of the cost to do the whole system. John negotiated with me a bit on a service contract for the rest of the year and we decided to do it. We are happy with the outcome!

John was a excellent contractor and we are planning on having him do more work for us in the future. He is very knowledgeable in his fields of construction and is very fair in price. He has a excellent team of employees. and we would highly recommend his company. The sunroom turned out great!!!!!

My experience with Aquatic Solutions was excellent. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem immediately. He treated our master bath jetted tub to remove black algae and it is now in good working order. We had tried unsuccessfully to fix this problem for over two years and were very frustrated since we could not use our tub.
