Tobias was extremely helpful in explaining the job they would do, very thorough. The yards were cleared of all debris and cleaned. Everything we asked for was done perfectly and we are very pleased. They had all the necessary equipment to do the job. The crew was also very friendly. The price was higher than other services but worth it.

Overall they did a good job and I decided to go with them because they were able to get to my job faster than the other pros. Unfortunately they were about a day later than originally planned and I wasn't able to be home the whole time or at the end of the job due to prior commitments. There were a couple additional branches that they needed to come back and remove, but they were not very good a communicating if and when this would happen. In the end they were able to come back and remove the extra branches, again when I wasn't around to ensure the job was complete.

Tobias was friendly and professional. The work was done on time, on budget. The clean-up was great! Didn't even leave a single leaf in my yard. If you have a tree removal job, do yourself a favor and hire these guys!!

Good except, when they ground down the stump they did not have any means to take the shavings.

Response by Arbor View Tree Service: It states in my terms and conditions that stump grindings are not hauled away unless mentioned in proposal.
