Project: Mow Grass and Maintain Landscaping

Arctic Services has changed owners. The new owner knew next to nothing about landscaping or hedge trimming. They came whenever they wanted to, did a sloppy job and left. We called and asked for a maintenance visit, promises were made and they were "no shows". We were told for 3 weeks in a row they couldn't edge because they only had one edger and we would have to wait our turn. When they did come they edged the curb side only and left. The worst experience we have ever had. There may be another new owner (or partner) at this time, but we are not willing to suffer their neglect and unprofessional work any longer.

Horrible. They never completed the job and kept calling saying they would be there the next day and never came. I had to hire someone else to complete the project.

so far it is still a disaster. The guy, Anthony, came on time for initial estimate and had his crue come to cut and prune trees quite fast. however, they made a huge mess in the front and back yard that still are not completely cleaned. 2 tree stumps have not been removed either. Also, the careless crue made damages on the sitting wall, stairs up to the hill, and surrounding bushes. Anthony promised numerous times to clean and fix everything and did not fulfill any of those. It has been more than 1 MONTH now. I am still waiting for resolution. Defintelty stay away from this company. I will keep update at least once a week.

Project: Remove Trees

Was late for original appointment.I asked for a tree to be removed and the stump to be grinded along with the roots.Everything was arranged and a price was given.On the day of removal they were 4hrs late as scheduled.The tree was removed and I was assured that they would be back to grind the stump within 5 days.Two weeks later the stumo only was grinded down leaving the roots that we discussed exposed and the cleanup was terrible.I would not reccommend to anyone.
