Keith, the Area Wide tech, kept me informed of what he was doing throughout the process. He explained the likely cause of the situation I was experiencing with my HVAC system. He completed the necessary work very efficiently. He arrived a little later than the appointment time, but to Area Wide's credit, they kept me informed about the delay and the estimated time Keith would arrive. Because of the way the work was completed, I signed a service agreement with Area Wide.

Initially time given was to arrive after 1 PM but actually arrived approx. 5:15. Finished approx. 6 PM. Cost given was $65.00 but charged $97.50 due to working more than 30 minutes.

During this project I did a lot of research about how to choose and what to look for in a contractor. Out of 5 contacts with different contractors Area Wide Service was the only company that checked out in all the right things to look for. First, they were the only contractor willing to come to the home and give a free estimate. Second, the technician explained in great detail on how the installation was going to be performed and ensure that no other components were going to be ruined due to the installation. Third, gave good comparable prices to their products. The overall installation was very good. Now awaiting for product to perform good
