The quality of work was not as expected. They did not bring enough material for the work and spread the material thin to cover. There are large chips of concrete broken and we were told that it happens.

I would not use this company again. I chose due to the high rating on the website. I had them remove a sidewalk and put new cement. I hope the concrete lasts. thank goodness for the City of Denver inspector who would not let them pour until the base was correct. They left gaping holes on either side of the sidewalk and did not replace the grass. I spent an entire day filling in the holes and seeding $150. They also washed out a wheelbarrow under a tree that I had to clean up as it was hardening Lastly I had the company remove the cement on my flagstone front walkway and replace the stone and fill in with new concrete It looks worse now

First, I would like to thank Service Magic for calling the contractor, Armando's Concrete, and asking them to complete the job. I got the impression their calls were the ONLY reason they finished the job. Second, the contractor finished the job and did quality work. Third, I will not recommend this contractor to anyone. The expectations I had of this contractor were set by the contractor (his scheduler to be accurate), and I was constantly disappointed. If ever there was a case of over-promise and under-deliver this is it as I am now one week behind. Again, Armando did great work... Project should have taken 4 hours not 5 days.

What I appreciated was their recommendations to my original plans and their explanations to minor changes they felt necessary. They showed up when they said they would and worked non-stop until they were done. I would definitely use them again.

Very fast. They did what they said they would. They don't do the finest work I've ever seen, but for the price, it's outstanding. There was a mild language barrier, but nothing that couldn't be overcome.
