Couple lives not too far from us thus willing to take on a small job that requires cleaning of 4 sets of stairs only. They did it at the end of their day on their way home. They were efficient, diligent and courteous, and yes, without putting on extra charge for a smaller job. The carpet -steps look sparkling clean with their method of cleaning What more can a customer asks for! Will use them again and again for sure.

they were in a hurry, did two floors in one hour, wasn't happy with the work - dirt still on rugs after prespot treatments done. carpet was alittle cleaner, but not impressed . They could have paid more attention to detail. and got the carpets clean!

It is cleaner - but also more expensive than the price he quoted when he started and now I have stains that I didn't see before. Would not use again and would not recommend... ADDITION: My mom came into town not more than two weeks after the carpets were cleaned and said that I really should have them cleaned - when I told her I just had them done she said they looked awful...
