Project: Build a Garage

We used AROCON which gave the best offer in terms of cost and quality. We have not been disappointed with this choice. Their work is top-notch and beyond reproach. They hire employees or a series of subcontractors, each of whom are experts in their field and do magnificent work. AROCON, even more than the members of my family, would not tolerate any imperfections. For example, the floor was power-washed to remove paint and dirt stains from the construction stages. The molding or trim bulged a bit in two areas, and this they repaired before requiring the final payoff. We are extremely happy with all they have done and recommend them heartily.

Arocon has been great to work with. I have asked them back to do many more project for me form little items to large interior remodeling and a bathroom. Great service and quality for the price. Corrected the few deficient items with out any hassel.

Great workmanship. They worked with us when the shower doors that arrived were nit the ones that were ordered. Make sure if you need a plumber, you specify it and have a separate cost. I would use them again!!

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch

Project was estimated to take 2 days to complete. It actually took 3 weeks - due to mistakes including not ordering materials to arrive after existing deck was already demo'd, ordering wrong materials because salesman entered dimensions wrong on electronic contract, and not building deck to contract specifications (& code) until prompted by me. Poor customer service from salesman, scheduler, and project manager. I had to initiate all calls and an email to prompt action. Guys who performed the work did a great job, but the delays, mistakes, an lack of communication would keep me from using this company again.

The company has big communication problems amongst the people working in the office.It took a week to schedule an appointment, they did not order the right material and failed to properly feel in the contractor. On the day of the service I waited 2 hours, called and I was reassured they would perform the job. The contractor showed up only to let me know it was too late and i had to reschedule. On the positive note the contractor, Anastasio, was extremely good, did not took shortcuts and worked with me to fix the mistakes in the ordering, even if it meant to return on saturday to finish up. 5 STARS for Him
