A guy showed up, didn't introduce himself, checked a few things, made several phone calls, said it would probably cost more to fix than it was worth. Left the door off of the dishwasher and did not give me a receipt.

when a company comes to your home to fix something that you ask to get fix and the serviceman say : " sorry but I can not fix it but I will have to charge you a service call " . I don't believe that good practice for any business. NO, I will not recommend them to no one!!

Hired them to fix a dishwasher repair uncompleted by a previous company. Said they knew exactly what problem was. Took down my number incorrectly so waited almost a week for them to come out. When repair was done, it was discovered there was a new problem. Thought they were being honest by giving me back check but then turned around and asked for another check for a lower amount for the service visit. So they made $120 off me for basically NOTHING.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
